The Faversham Garden Party has been going strong in Leeds for 10 years and to celebrate this milestone the guys behind it have brought together a Bank holiday weekend filled with a whole host of music, food and arts all within the grounds of The Tetley Brewery.

The Garden Party have pulled out all the stops to bring a very fitting line up for the occasion, including a number of heavyweights from across various genres. With stages curated by the likes of FACT Mag, Crack Magazine, Dummy and Metropolis X Ape, there’s no shortage of artists to satisfy all kinds of diverse tastes.

Saturday plays host to the Dummy stage where the Grammy award winning Soul II Soul will be performing their extensive back catalogue alongside Roisin Murphy, Mr Scruff and Fatima & the Eglo Band. While over on the Metropolis X Ape stage, the bass heavy house will be in full flow with the likes of Shadow Child, B Traits and Redlight providing the grooves.

Both the mags are then on duty Sunday, with Fact bringing the one and only Kerri Chandler to provide some house goodness along with Feel My Bicep, Patrick Topping and Paul Woolford. Over on the Crack stage ‘king of the summer jams’ Todd Terje will be doing his thing and Talib Kweli will be showcasing his lyrical prowess in all its glory.

Leeds Indie Food are curating the food for the entire weekend. Celebrating all things street food and fine dining, Leeds Indie Food will have everything you need from, Pizza Fella to Bangers and Bacon. Not only that but they are providing you with the best drinks to wash it all down with, from stalls such as; Sela, Cocktail Shack and Craft Beer Bar.

If the daytime doesn't quite quench your musical thirst, The Garden Party have set up two after party events each night at Wire and HiFi which will run from 11pm until 4am. Featuring the likes of Julio Bashmore, Crazy P and Black Coffee, The Garden Party is sure to be one of the highlights of the summer calendar here in Leeds.
